In today's age it is not necessary to have a high street premises and the associated running costs. We have an office situated in Lichfield city centre where we conduct meetings. Our offices are located on the 2nd floor of 22 Dam Street, Lichfield, WS13 6AA.

Can I use a traditional agent as well as Lovett&Co?

Yes, but check out your terms and conditions with them as you may still be required to pay their commission even if Lovett&Co finds your buyer.
